Sandpoint – Winter Carnival – Northern Stars Rising
Northern Stars Rising is Pend Oreille Arts Council’s showcase performance that exists to further the ability of local performers to pursue their careers. Performers audition and then compete for prizes and professional development opportunities. The line-up of featured performers will be available in early February at ArtinSandpoint.org .
