10:15 a.m. Tamarack Ranch Pastured Livestock

Specializing in pastured poultry, pork, and turkey, this ranch focuses on raising animals the way nature intended—on pasture, with care and intention. Along with discovering the husbandry practices, we’ll tour their on-farm processing facilities.
