Thorofare to Upper Priest Lake
Enjoy the solitude and beauty of boating on the Thorofare – a 2½-mile channel that links Priest Lake with Upper Priest Lake. Meander through some of nature’s most spectacular forested scenery, all while traveling at a “no wake” speed. It’s an ideal waterway for canoeists and kayakers, and the shallow, crystal-clear water affords an unrestricted view of the channel bottom. Be on the lookout for bald eagles, ospreys, ducks and the occasional moose!
